Basic decoration of computer room
1. Ceiling project
The ceiling should be made of dust-free sound-absorbing materials, and the ceiling of the main engine room should be decorated with suspended ceilings. The space above the ceiling to the roof is used as a static pressure supply or return air storehouse for the computer room, and ventilation ducts can be arranged; fixed lighting fixtures, wiring, various types of air outlets, and automatic fire extinguishing detectors are installed; dust is prevented from falling, etc.
All ceilings in the computer room are designed as single-layer ceilings, which are installed with metal microporous aluminum plates and light steel keels. The thickness of the microporous aluminum plate is equal to 0.8mm. And do dustproof and thermal insulation treatment before the ceiling.
2. Wall works
The walls of the engineering design are all made of color steel plates, and the color is ivory white. The specific method is: first fix the high-strength fireproof and waterproof gypsum board on the wall, and then paste and fix the aluminum-plastic board. All aluminum-plastic panels are grounded to meet the requirements of anti-magnetic and shielding. Where there are wooden squares, fire-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion coatings are painted on the wooden side, and black sealant is used for the knots. The skirting board is finished in stainless steel brushed board and has a height of 130mm.
3. Door and window works
According to the requirements, the windows in the computer room area are all sealed, and the materials are: fireproof and waterproof gypsum board; aluminum-plastic board, etc. The specific method is to make a double-sided gypsum board interior wall along the inside of the window. The middle is filled with 50mm fireproof material to meet the requirements of fireproof and heat preservation. Before making the gypsum board interior wall, clean the original glass windows, and clean and seal the interior. In order to ensure the overall consistency of the visual effect of the computer room, an ivory white aluminum-plastic panel finish is used.
The main door of the computer room is a steel fireproof door; the door to the power distribution room and the monitoring room is a tempered fireproof glass door.
4. Floor engineering
The machine room adopts all-steel anti-static raised floor. The anti-static raised floor is made of high-quality alloy cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed by spot welding after stretching. The outer surface is sprayed after phosphating, the inner cavity is filled with foam filler, and the upper surface is pasted with a highly wear-resistant anti-static veneer. The beam is made of high-quality tube steel, with no welds around, and the whole is galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment. The upper and lower brackets of the bracket are formed by one-time stamping of the mold, and the casing is made of seamless steel pipes, which are galvanized and anti-corrosion treated as a whole.
5. Air conditioning part
(1) The air-conditioning system of the central computer room adopts the precision air-conditioning with upward air supply. The cold aisle of each group of cabinets adopts 2 sets of 25KW precision air-conditioning in the row, for 1+1 redundant configuration.
(2) Class B standard when the precision air conditioner in the computer room is turned on. Temperature: 23±2℃; relative humidity: 45%~65%; temperature change rate < 5℃/h, no condensation.
(3) The noise sound pressure level in the computer room area is less than 68 decibels.
(4) The positive pressure in the computer room should be maintained, and the pressure difference with the outdoor should be greater than 9.8 Pa.
(5) The air supply speed is not less than 3 m/s, and the dust larger than 0.5 microns in the computer room is not more than 18,000 grains/liter.
(6) Air distribution method: use the electrostatic floor to supply air on the floor and return air on the floor.
(7) The precision air-conditioning refrigeration area is the central computer room, and the exhibition hall and power distribution room use ordinary air-conditioning.
6. Power distribution and lighting part
(1) Power distribution
The machine room is powered by the low-voltage power distribution room. After the diesel generator room and the mains power supply are switched, YJV3*50+1*25mm cables are used to supply power from the ATS switch cabinet in the low-voltage power distribution room to the mains cabinet in the power distribution room. In addition, the UPS battery in the computer room is placed in the central computer room, and the backup time of the battery is tentatively set at 60 minutes. The column head cabinet of the computer room is equipped with a mains cabinet, and the column head cabinet is set up in the cold aisle of the cabinet, which is responsible for the power supply of the rest of the network cabinets and server cabinets.
Each cabinet is equipped with two PDU power supplies, and each power supply comes from an independent output power distribution cabinet independent switch, and the output switch is 32A. The cables from the two UPS output power distribution cabinets to each cabinet must be connected in a reliable manner to the PDU sockets in the cabinet.
(2) Lighting is divided into general lighting and emergency lighting
A. General lighting: The designed illuminance in the computer room area is not less than 500Lux, and the illuminance in other areas is not less than 300Lux. There is no glare in the equipment room, and the glare restriction level is Class I; there may be slight glare in other areas, and the glare restriction level is Class II.
B. Emergency lighting: The designed illuminance of emergency lighting is not less than 30Lux. The illuminance of evacuation indicator lights and emergency exit signs in the computer room should be greater than 5Lux.
C. The lamps are made of matte aluminum alloy LED lamp panel, and the specification is 600*600 (central computer room, power distribution room, exhibition hall, buffer room). The normal lighting power of the lamps is supplied by the mains, and the emergency backup lighting power is supplied by the UPS power supply. The emergency backup lighting lamps are reasonably distributed to ensure that the UPS can maintain the lighting of the computer room when the mains is disconnected. The weak current room must have an emergency lighting system, including emergency lighting and fire evacuation indicators.
7. UPS host and battery
The computer room adopts a 100KVA modular UPS host, equipped with a 60KVA power module, the power module is a 2+1 redundant configuration, and the configuration of the power distribution system is planned and implemented according to a set of UPS systems, and space for future expansion of UPS and batteries is reserved. and infrastructure.
The battery adopts maintenance-free sealed lead-acid battery pack, and the backup time of a single machine is not less than 60 minutes.
